Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement for Services: By accepting an estimate and/or scheduling a service with HydroFox Power Washing LLC, you agree to provide full access to your property’s exterior for the completion of work at the agreed-upon price and timeline. A 3% processing fee applies to electronic or online payments. Estimates may be adjusted to account for unforeseen circumstances such as additional labor due to obstructions on the property, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or extra protective measures like bagging downspouts, covering electronics, or safeguarding delicate vegetation and aquatic features.

2. Access and Property Encumbrances: Customers must ensure all gates are unlocked and any restrictions are cleared prior to our arrival. If other activities—like construction, events, or work by other contractors—interfere with our ability to complete services efficiently, additional charges may apply for the extra time and labor.

3. Parking: Customers agree to clear driveways of vehicles, trailers, or other obstructions before HydroFox Power Washing LLC arrives. Parking spots directly in front of the property should also be made available for our service vehicles and equipment.

4. Photos and Videos: HydroFox Power Washing LLC may take before-and-after photos or videos for documentation, quality assurance, and liability protection. By using our services, you also grant permission for these images or videos to be used for advertising, promotion, or social media purposes.

5. Water Usage: Customers agree to provide access to an on-site water supply at no additional cost for the completion of services. If an exterior water source is not available, there may be an additional charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure water is available and functioning prior to our arrival.

6. Electricity Usage: Customers agree to provide access to an on-site electrical source at no extra cost. If an exterior electrical source is unavailable, additional charges may apply.

7. Color and Surface Variances: Factors such as weathering, age, and material type can affect the final appearance of surfaces after cleaning. This may cause variances in color or tone, particularly with wood, concrete, and siding. While HydroFox Power Washing LLC strives to deliver consistent results, some discrepancies are natural and unavoidable.

8. Safety and Courtesy: For safety reasons, customers are responsible for keeping children, pets, and others away from the work area during and for at least 24 hours after service completion.

9. Payment: Payment is due in full upon job completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, cards, and electronic invoices. Late payments may incur additional fees, and customers are responsible for any collection costs resulting from unpaid balances.

10. Scheduling: Service schedules are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled time window, delays may occur. Customers will be notified of any changes to their service date or time.

11. Property Item Removal: Customers are responsible for removing grills, furniture, planters, and other items from work areas prior to our arrival. If HydroFox Power Washing LLC must move these items, we are not liable for any damage or storage issues, and additional fees may apply.

12. Damages: HydroFox Power Washing LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing issues such as loose siding, broken windows, faulty wiring, wood rot, or improperly sealed doors and windows. We are also not liable for changes in the appearance of surfaces due to the removal of dirt, grime, or failing paint.

13. Stain Limitations: Certain stains—such as rust, paint splatters, tree sap, and artillery fungus—may not be removable through standard power washing methods. We will identify these areas during the estimate process, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

14. Property Condition: Customers are expected to ensure their property is in good repair and weatherproof prior to service. This includes secure siding, sealed windows and doors, and properly installed electrical fixtures. HydroFox Power Washing LLC is not liable for damage caused by water infiltration due to pre-existing property defects.

15. Window Spotting: While we strive for thorough cleaning, window spotting may occur as a result of our services. Window cleaning is not included unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

16. Window Cleaning: Our window cleaning service includes basic washing and drying of exterior glass panes. Interior window cleaning and screen cleaning are available for an additional fee. We do not provide restoration services for scratched or damaged glass.

17. Concrete Cleaning: Concrete surfaces may display natural inconsistencies following cleaning due to factors like age, prior staining, and original installation quality. Customers should be aware that variations in color and texture may become visible once dirt and grime are removed.

By scheduling a service with HydroFox Power Washing LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
